Blizzard Beach Closing Time

Following the announcement that Blizzard Beach will be closed on November 5th and 6th Disney has updated the water parks hours to reflect that they will be closed on Sunday November 7th as well.

Like the other areas of Walt Disney World Resort we will welcome back Guests and Cast Members to Disneys Blizzard Beach Water Park in a responsible way with a plan focused on health and well-being. The water park is scheduled to close for winter after Christmas.

Disneys Blizzard Beach Water Park is now open. According to Disney Blizzard Beach Water Park will be closed November 23-24 as cool weather moves through the Central Florida area. As a reminder Disneys Typhoon Lagoon Water Park remains closed at this time.

Typically during the closure of Disneys Blizzards Beach Disneys Typhoon Lagoon remains open ensuring you have a waterpark to splash and play no matter what time of year you stay. Disneys Blizzard Beach Water Park is now open. This is the third day in a row that the Water Park will not welcome Guests.

As a reminder Disneys Typhoon Lagoon Water Park remains closed at this time. Just for reference in 2019 Blizzard Beach closed beginning September 8 and reopened on January 19 2020. According to Blizzard Beachs section on the Walt Disney World website the Park should be open tomorrow from 1000 am.
